We are a slow-food minded company based in Asheville North Carolina working with local producers to create authentic Bavarian culinary products. Our specialty is the genuine beer-garden pretzel whose taste and texture has been lost in modern commercial products.
The pretzels are the real deal just as they were meant to be, circa Germany 1111.
We make each pretzel by hand with local, organic ingredients.
